Saturday was horrendous!!!! I ate everything in site!!!! I'm going to have to think up a new plan for the weekends.
When I worked out after work on Friday, I did the couch to 5k week 1. I've been doing week 1 for like forever because I've never really been consistent with it so I always just start over. Well, yesterday week 1 was extremely easy to do! I'm going to have to move onto week 2. Also, working out really helped to suppress my appetite. So, I'm going to continue to work out after work to try and keep up with my low calorie diet. We'll see. I usually feel so crappy after working out I dread going. But, Friday I actually enjoyed it. Maybe I was pushing myself to hard before.
